When Doves Cry and her littermates (the Prince Kittens) were born to a feral/stray mama in Minneapolis. When the homeowner discovered a litter of kittens living in her window well, we headed right over to pick them up and get them into rescue! Mama was spayed/vaccinated and taken by another rescue!
These six kittens all arrived terrified of humans. With time (and lots of treats!), they are learning people are actually okay!
“Dove” is such a little love! She was the quickest of her litter to figure out people are good and she continues to be the leader of the pack. She climbs my leg if I’m not giving her enough attention. She demands dinner all day long (lol). She’s just super sweet, social, and playful.
This crew has seen my small dogs through a gate I think they would do fine in a home with dogs with slow introductions. Kittens do best with a buddy; Camp Kitten requires kittens to be adopted in pairs if there isn’t already a young cat or kitten in the home.
