Cinnabon is a sweet little girl who I discovered (on my Ring cams) eating at my opossum-feeding station and was able to live-trap in my garage. I have never seen stray kittens around my house, so I have no idea how she got here, but she showed up at the right house!!
Cinnabon is, expectedly, timid. She lived the first ~5 months of her life outside. But she has warmed up to me more quickly than I expected! She may never be a lap cat, but if you are offering her Churu treats, she will hang out wherever you want her to! 🙂 She will ocassionally hiss when I’m petting her more than she wants, but has never shown any signs of aggression. She will take time to adjust and settle into a new home, but she seems VERY happy to be an indoor cat now.
Cinnabon LOVES the other cats/kittens he has met here. When humans aren’t in the room, she plays hard and does a lot of little “trills” to communicate to her roommates. Kittens do best with a buddy; Cinnabon is looking for a home that already has another young cat or kitten as a playmate. Cinnabon has seen my small dogs through a baby gate and seems fine with them, so I think she could adjust to a new home with respectful pups after slow introductions.
